How we protect the freshness of your slow-roasted beans and cold brew concentrates on the journey to your doorstep.
1. Roasting Schedule & Dispatch Times
To guarantee maximum cup clarity and aromatic freshness, our specialty coffees are roasted in small batches weekly in Selangor, Malaysia. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) Monday through Thursday are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders received Friday after 12:00 PM, over weekends, or on public holidays are prepared and dispatched on the subsequent Monday to avoid heat exposure in courier warehouses over the weekend.
2. Tiered Shipping Rates & Zones
Our logistics engine bills directly according to actual parcel weight via our primary courier partner (EasyParcel / J&T Express). Rates are calculated during single-page checkout as follows:

3. Parcel Tracking & Waybills
As soon as our warehouse books the shipment and generates your thermal airway bill, your tracking number is uploaded. You can view the live progress of your delivery at any time via our Track Order Page using your Order ID and phone/email.
4. Weather & Heat Advisory for Cold Brews
Because our cold brew concentrates contain zero artificial preservatives or chemical stabilizers, we recommend refrigerating your bottled concentrate immediately upon arrival. While bottles withstand normal sealed transit times, please retrieve your parcel promptly once delivered by the courier.
